These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Low Dopamine Labyrinth application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Low Dopamine Labyrinth is an educational maze game designed for children ages 3-6. The App provides interactive labyrinth puzzles with ocean, forest, and space themed stories and narration.
The App offers limited free access (3 labyrinths initially, then 1 per day). Premium access unlocks all content and is available through auto-renewable subscriptions or a one-time lifetime purchase via Apple's App Store.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
This App is intended for use by children under parental supervision. In-app purchases are protected by a parental gate. Parents and guardians are responsible for managing their child's use of the App and any purchases made.
All content in the App, including characters, stories, artwork, audio narration, and maze designs, is owned by Low Dopamine Labyrinth and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you are entitled to as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for matters that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days. For subscriptions processed through Apple's App Store, cancellation and refund rights are governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. To request a refund from Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Canada. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that requires disputes to be resolved under local law, your local consumer protection laws will apply to the extent they cannot be contractually excluded.
